Change Can Be A Good Thing

Sometimes, change can be a good thing. Change can provide us with new opportunities, new experiences, new ways of looking at our lives. I’ve learned to embrace positive change, and all the wonderful, exciting things, it often brings.

When I started Crazy Perfect Life, almost ten months ago, I didn’t really know what to expect. I had just quit my job as a Financial Advisor, and after my breast cancer journey, I yearned to help people through my writing.

I wanted to show people that life can deal someone an unfair blow, but that it’s possible to get through hard times. I had a desire to help people going through a challenging situation. I knew I could teach them what I learned from my experience.

It’s possible to connect with the people we love, and find meaning each day, despite the normal chaos we all face each day in our lives.

I hope you’ve learned from me. I hope you continue to learn from me.

Change can be a good thing!

Change can be a good thing!

I had no idea Crazy Perfect Life would be so successful, and the feedback I’ve gotten from you has been amazing, encouraging, motivating, and thrilling. I can’t believe how quickly things have taken off, and I have so many exciting endeavors planned over the next twelve months. As I write this post, I’m less than twenty followers away from hitting 40,000 followers on Facebook.

Most importantly, I love talking, sharing, writing, and learning from you. Our community is composed of people who are trying their best, each and everyday, to make the most out of the life we’ve been given. How wonderful is that?

It feeds my soul and warms my heart.

I’m not sure if I’ve told you this, but my dream has always been to write books. Nonfiction and Fiction.

Every since I can remember.

Over the past ten months, I’ve been working on a nonfiction book. I’m finally at a place where I need to give it more time. I’m almost ready to begin the process of getting it published, and want to focus on it, in between driving carpool and cooking dinner, each and every day.

Because of this, I’ll be changing it up a bit.

Instead of writing blog posts five days a week, I’ve made the decision to post three days a week: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. If you’ve subscribed to the blog, these posts will be delivered right to your inbox. Just like you’ve been getting. I’ll be bringing you stories, inspirational thoughts to carry you through your day, or Crazy Perfect Quotes to help you think about your own life.

We’ll still get to walk through life together, but this change will give me a little bit more time to focus on my book. And I can’t wait to share it with you.

I have many other wonderful surprises coming soon, so stay tuned!

Thank you for your support, your positive feedback, and your love. It’s going to be a fun ride, and I’m so glad we get to take it together. Thank you for sharing my Crazy Perfect Life!

Find meaning each day,

Dara

Job #1 is taking care of you … your needs. Doing so will let you help meet the needs of #s 2, 3, 4, and more. I’m glad you see that and are comfortable in making this change.
