Start Your Day With Positive Affirmations

Starting your day with positive thoughts and affirmations can help you manifest your dreams.

A recent study shows the benefits of optimistic thinking.

If you’re like most people, you have a lot going on in your life. You have responsibilities, bills to pay and commitments hanging over your head. You probably have to keep track of a lot of things, and you might find that staying positive and/or thinking positive thoughts can be challenging.

Start your day off with positive affirmations.

The best way to fill your mind with positive thoughts is to feed your mind with affirmations that support your dreams.

Taking a little time each day to recite positive affirmations, affirmations that are in line with what you want and desire, will keep you focused and help you manifest your dreams.

While you can practice your daily affirmations at any time in the day, doing it first thing in the morning will set you up to have an amazing day.

It’s a great way to start your day and will put you in a good mood.

I spend a little time each morning meditating, thinking about what I’m grateful for, and then I recite my daily affirmations.

Feel free to use my daily affirmations, or you can also write your own.

Nothing is set in stone. You can always reevaluate and write new affirmations, as your life changes and you get used to the practice.

Just commit to reciting affirmations each day, at the same time. If it feels a little strange to you at first, don’t worry. It might take time and practice before you start to really feel comfortable saying the affirmations. It’s best to say them out loud, but if you prefer, you can read them to yourself.

Remember, growing pains can be uncomfortable. The important thing is for you to commit to doing this, each day, even if it feels uncomfortable at first.

Here are my current daily affirmations: 

Today is a great day.
I am so happy wonderful things are happening in my life and I am grateful for all of my blessings.
I am grateful to be alive.
I am grateful to be healthy.
I am grateful to feel good.
I am attracting exactly what I need to help me move forward with my dreams and I don’t have to wait to manifest all I desire.
I release anything that isn’t serving me well or holding me back.
The people I meet and the situations I find myself in are in alignment with my goals. 
I trust the Universe is on my side and everything I want is on the way to me.
I am happy.
I am calm.
I am truly blessed.
