If I Win The Lottery
There’s a lot of talk about the lottery right now. Considering the huge pot of money that’s up for grabs, it’s not surprising. Today, I purchased 24 tickets, and that got me thinking. If I win the lottery, what would I do with all the cash?
Here’s what I would do if I won the lottery:
- I’d hire a personal chef. Immediately. I’d sign on to life without cooking, and never look back. Ever.
- I would buy a room aboard a cruise ship, and sail the around the world. Since money wouldn’t be an issue, I would be able to fly, in my private jet, to meet the ship. Whenever I wanted to, which would be quite often.
- It’s a three letter word, and starts with an S. No, not sex. Get your mind out of the gutter. I’m talking about the word SPA. I would try a different spa every six months. FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE. Doesn’t that sound heavenly?
- I’d buy a publishing company and publish books. I would publish solid, quality books, and not worry about the “sale ability” of the book. Thanks to the winning ticket, money wouldn’t be an issue.
- A huge portion of the money would go to charity: helping the homeless, feeding the hungry, and cancer research. There’s a great deal we need to do research on, and I would happily fund it.
- I’d host an annual party for all my Crazy Perfect Life followers, and once a year we’d have a super fun, all expenses paid, retreat. It would be amazing, and you would get to come. How does Hawaii sound?
- I would hire Chip and Johanna Gaines from Magnolia Homes to come to my house and redecorate it. They wouldn’t care that I don’t live in Texas, especially since I would have unlimited funds to play with.
- I would spoil my extended family, pay for their homes, kids college educations, and stock their retirement accounts.
- Clearly I would need to hire myself a “wife.” Someone who does all the things I do, each and everyday. This will be extra important, especially since I’ll be so busy with my publishing company, charity work, writing, and traveling the world. And we can’t forget my spa excursions.
- I would have a ridiculous amount of fun finding meaningful ways to help people and make this world a better place, for all of us.
What would you do if you won the lottery?

I would do all the same, but I’d leave the publishing up to you and insert spend my time helping turn around the environment to eliminate so many harmful chemicals in our marketplace, products and the world, creating greater health for all and help to halt the damage we’re doing to our environment too!
