LEVEL UP IN 2020
We're ready to make 2020 our best year yet! Forsyth Woman Magazine teamed up with local author, speaker, and meditation practitioner Dara Kurtz, from Crazy Perfect Life, to bring you a night dedicated to personal growth, learning, fun, and new friends. If you're ready to level up, join us for this empowering and inspiring 1 1/2 hour workshop where we'll identify and release anything that isn't serving us well, tap into our greatness, and leave feeling grounded and unstoppable.
Through interactive exercises, group discussions, and soul searching questions, you will learn tips, tools, and self care practices to help you show up each day feeling your best.

- Identify what is working in their lives and what could use a little TLC
- Learn the mechanics of meditation and easy-to-use breathing techniques
- Look at 5 core areas of their lives: Relationships, Career, Health, Community, and Spirituality
- Tap into self-compassion and self-acceptance
- Explore your heart’s desires
- Acquire refueling rituals and daily self-care practices to help you feel your best
- Participate in our Candle Circle where we release the old and claim what we want
- Meet like minded individuals and connect with people just like you
- Enjoy healthy teas, a sweet treat, and new friends
